   Repair, Replacement or Refund
   
   Eligible manufacturing defects ke case mein Delife Living product ko repair, replace ya applicable conditions ke according refund kar sakta hai.

   Warranty Exclusions
   
   Improper use, mishandling, excessive loading, negligence, inadequate maintenance, normal wear & tear aur natural material variations warranty ke under cover nahi honge.
   
4. 
   Warranty Limitations
   
   Minor imperfections, normal material variations aur product images se colour/appearance differences warranty claim ka basis nahi honge. Warranty remedies applicable law ke subject rahengi.
   
5. 
   Cancellation & Returns
   
   Eligible orders shipment se pehle cancel kiye ja sakte hain. Damaged, defective, missing-part ya incorrect products ke liye generally delivery ke 7 days ke andar return request raise karni hogi. Made-to-order/customized products par cancellation restrictions apply ho sakti hain.

   Eligible cancellation/return ke baad refund original payment method par process kiya jayega, generally verification ke baad 7 business days ke andar. Shipping charges usually refundable nahi hote, except eligible damaged/defective cases.

   Gift Card Usage
   
   Delife Living Gift Cards can be used to purchase eligible products through the Delife Living website/app. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or used to purchase other gift cards.
   
2. 
   Validity & Redemption
   
   Each Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Up to 10 Gift Cards may be used in a single purchase. The Gift Card cannot normally be reloaded or extended after expiry.
   
3. 
   Balance & Payment
   
   If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid through available payment methods. If the order value is lower, the remaining Gift Card balance can be used for subsequent eligible transactions, subject to the applicable terms.
   
4. 
   Cancellation & Refunds
   
   Products purchased using a Gift Card will be subject to Delife Living's Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. For eligible cancelled orders, the Gift Card amount will be returned to the original Gift Card rather than as cash.
   
5. 
   Security & Responsibility
   
   The Gift Card holder is responsible for keeping the Gift Card number and PIN secure. Delife Living will not be responsible for unauthorized use resulting from a lost, stolen, or compromised Gift Card/PIN.
   
6. 
   General Terms
   
   Gift Cards are subject to product availability, applicable taxes and statutory charges. Delife Living may cancel or block Gift Cards in cases of fraud or violation of the applicable terms. These terms may be modified from time to time and are governed by the laws of India.
